BRIDGEVILLE, Pa., Nov 30, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Carpenter Powder Products Inc. (CPP), a subsidiary of Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE:CRS), said today that it will increase transactional prices on all tool and high speed steels by 5 - 8 percent for orders booked as of December 1, 2004. Raw material surcharges will remain in effect.
The planned price increase reflects continued increases in raw material, energy and other consumable costs.
